噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

具備一些優越性：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、金剛石工具收售率高，方便清換金剛石工具；

3、首要電氣開關組件均分為美國進口軟件，兼備能力相對穩定，健康安全，施用使用時間長，維修簡潔明了；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、該機用單級除灰模式設備，弟一級用颶風脫離器，二級用過濾芯式除灰模式設備模式，其總除灰模式設備利用率能達到99.99%這些；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各設備電子抑制軟件系統性通過互鎖抑制，當這其中一設備出現了問題時，涉及設備均消停工做，噴槍消停引射；

8、房體通過建造裝飾材料來設計，表面簡潔明了、漂亮、標準規范，降噪音治療好，且的安裝合理。
